02Does hair come with every sew-in appointment?+
Kandystrand offers both hair-included sew-in packages and installation services where you bring your own bundles. The booking description for each service explains exactly what is included.
03What makes a Kandystrand install different?+
The service standard centers on a flat, breathable foundation, soft blending, a lightweight feel, and protection for the natural hair underneath.
04How long can a Keratin Complex treatment last?+
Kandystrand notes that results may last approximately three to six months, depending on your hair, aftercare, and maintenance routine. Your stylist will help you set realistic expectations.
05Where is the salon located?+
Kandystrand Salon is located at 12051 Plank Road, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70811. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday and closed Sunday and Monday.
06What is the no-show policy?+
The current booking policy states that a no-call, no-show carries a mandatory fee equal to 10% of the booked service. Review the complete policy before confirming your appointment.
07Can I book maintenance instead of a full service?+
Yes. The current menu includes quick-weave removal and refresh, sew-in maintenance or takedown, wig shampoo and style, recurling, blowouts, and braidless sew-in refreshes.
08What are the salon hours?+
The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. It is closed Sunday and Monday.
